Our venue is strictly 18+ after 7pm. Before this time under 18’s are welcome if supervised by an adult.

Unfortunately bookings are non-refundable, although if you can’t make your original booking please get in touch and we can reschedule it for another time.

There’s no charge to change your booking to another date and time as long as you do this within 48 hours making the original booking and rebook within the next 30 days. There is a charge if there’s a price difference in your game.

Yes, as long as you remain within the maximum number of people on the game or you’ll need to book another game. Give us a call on 01702338000 to make this change.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for any no-shows.

We recommend booking ahead to avoid any disappointment but obvs if we have availability on the night and you want our team to book you into more games, just shout and we’ll see what we can do to help.

We offer a 15% student and Blue Light discount Mon-Thurs on all game play. Use code BOOMSTUDENT or BOOMBLUELIGHT at check out and be prepared to show ID when you arrive for your booking. Also make sure you’re signed up to our mailing list to ensure any other sweet deals hit your inbox first. Only one person per group is required to show ID to redeem either of these discounts.

The durations of games differ depending on which game you’re playing and what time slot you’ve booked please refer to your confirmation email for specific details. Remember that time includes any info our team need to give you on how to play. 

YES! In fact, we encourage it, there’s savings to be made coming with the crew too. You can book multiple games or multiple players online or if you’re looking to book for groups of more than 40 people then give us a shout on [email protected] or 01702338000 and we can hook you up. Kids are welcome in our Southend venue until 7pm. It’s worth noting Axe Throwing and Beer Pong (unless played with soft drinks) are for players 18+ at all times of the day.

Definitely. Our team are on hand with epic cocktails and BOOM bites before, during and after your games.

As much as we love furry friends, doggos running wild around the Shuffleboard isn’t practical. Guide dogs are of course welcome at all times though.

We no longer have restrictions for drinking before and during Axe Throwing sessions. Please note, if our staff think someone in the group has had one too many they’ll be refused to play their session.

We’re a cashless venue. You can order food and drink via our app or at the bar with a Credit/Debit card or using contactless.

We’re not strict! We want you to feel comfortable at all times. Dress up, dress down, it’s up to you. Although remember, if you’re booked to play Axe Throwing you need to wear suitable footwear aka no sandals or heels and tie your hair back (if you’re lucky enough to have long hair) 

Our venue is wheelchair accessible via a lift, please note this is via the shopping centre entrance only. We have two Karaoke rooms, one of which is fully accessible. If you’d like more information on our accessibility, please get in touch ahead of your booking.

None of our games have any restrictions but we recommend speaking to your GP or medical practitioner before playing if you’re at all concerned.

Of course. Our Southend-on-Sea venue has a non-gendered accessible toilet available for everyone.

Yes you can! We now offer table bookings for those of you want to sip on cocktails and munch on our epic food. You can make a table booking here.

Absolutely, our BOOM bar is stocked full and has a selection of soft drinks available including our delicious mocktails. 

Unfortunately, not. Only food and drinks purchased at our venues can be consumed inside. But don’t worry, we have an epic menu jam packed with delish cocktails, drinks and BOOM bites.

Of course. Don’t let our banging bevs and street food put you off your A-game!

We can accommodate you bringing a cake to celebrate your special occasion, we just ask that you don’t bring in anything with nuts in it so we can continue to accommodate people with allergies.
