Online bookings are available for groups of up to 12 people. Got a bigger crew? Just get in touch and we’ll sort you out. Last-minute plans? We’ve got a few walk-in tables up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.
*To secure your spot, we’ll take card deets, but don’t worry, it’s just a hold. We’ll only charge £10 per person if you don’t show, cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rock up more than 15 minutes late.

A 15 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly or a 3 minute walk from Manchester Victoria. The Navy Line, The Pink Line and The Yellow Line light rail are located directly outside the Printworks.

Manchester Printworks 24/7 carpark is located on Shudehill road.
By taxi
Arrive at The Printworks or Manchester Corn-Exchange.

What is BOOM BATTLE BAR?
We’re glad you asked. BOOM BATTLE BAR is the UK’s first and only battle bar. Inside our venues you’ll find a selection of adrenaline-pumping games alongside our lengthy line up of all of your favourite drinks and cocktails. Plus, a delicious selection of yummy street food. We’ve really got it all under one roof.
Is there an age limit?
Our venue is strictly 18+ after 7pm. Before these times under 18s are absolutely welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
Do I have to book games to come in?
You don’t need to pre-book to come into any of our venues. Walk-ins are welcome! If you would like to play games though we do recommend pre-booking as we can’t guarantee slots will be available on the day. Oh and yes, you can just come for food and drinks if you want to.
I need to cancel my booking. Can I get a refund?
Our bookings are non-refundable, but we get that life happens. If you’ve had an emergency and can’t make your original slot, just email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking for another time.
Can I get a refund if someone in my group doesn’t turn up?
We’re sorry, but we’re unable to offer refunds for any no-shows.
I’ve booked and haven’t received a booking confirmation, what shall I do?
Please check your confirmation isn’t lurking in your junk box. If it’s not there please drop us an email to [email protected] with the name, date and time you booked under, and our team can have it resent.
Do I need to bring ID?
If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, first of all, congrats. Secondly, yes, you’ll need to bring valid ID. We operate a Challenge 25 policy in all our venues, so if you’re asked and can’t show ID, we won’t be able to serve you. Also, if you’re under 16, you’ll need to be with an adult at all times during your visit. Best to bring your ID just in case as no one wants to miss out on the fun!
Do you take cash?
We’re a cashless venue, so all payments need to be made by card or contactless. You can order food and drinks via the QR code on the tables, with one of our table staff, or directly at the bar with a debit/credit card.
Are you able to decorate areas for occasions?
Want to make it extra? We’re here for it. If you’d like to bring decorations or want us to help dress the space, get in touch before your booking at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to make your celebration pop. (Heads up: please don’t show up with decor unannounced as we’d hate to have to say no!)
Is there an age restriction on Axe Throwing?
Yes, Axe Throwing is 18+ at all times.
